I changed my mind, can I get a refund ?
Due to items being very limited, we do not accept returns for exchanges or refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct sizing and color of your items.
What is your exchange policy ?
We do not accept exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We will only consider exchanges if the wrong item was shipped or delivered to you by mistake. Please contact us within 24 hours via email if this occurs desfinition@yahoo.com or via text 218-453-8997.

Are local pick ups available ?
Yes pick up is now available for our local customers. Pick up hours will be from 4:00pm-7:30pm M-F and 12pm-5pm on Saturdays. We ask all customers to please wait until you receive an email notification before picking up your order. All orders must be picked up between business hours!
How long does shipping take ?
US Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
US Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Delaware Local Delivery: Same day Delivery by 7pm approximately.
*** also packages which are delayed due to bad weather cannot be guaranteed.
Why am I being charged Sales Tax on an online order ?
Many states across the nation passed laws requiring online retailers to collect sales tax. We are expected to comply with these laws and collect the appropriate tax each state the order is purchased from.
I received an item and it's damaged.
Although this is something that rarely occurs, in the event that you have received a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, via email desfinition@yahoo.com or via text 218-453-8997 so our team can help get that resolved as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is important to us so we will do whatever we can to help assist.
When will a specific item be restocked ?
We receive emails from customers requesting restock information, but we usually don't have restock information until items arrive, but our team will work hard to get certain items restocked within a timely manner. Certain items are not restocked at all so therefore sometimes restocks are not available.
How do I care for my garments ?
To keep your Desfinition clothing items looking great wash after wash, please follow these instructions:
* Turn clothing item inside out. Machine wash cold. Use gentle cycle
* Do not iron printed or embroidered areas.
* Avoid drying can be damaging. Instead, lay flat and drip dry.
*If you use a dryer, tumble dryer on a low heat setting.
