Pick up, Delivery and Shipping
Pick up: Pick up is now available for our local customers in Delaware. Pick up hours will be from 4pm-7:30pm M-F and 12pm-5pm on Saturdays. WE ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAYS! Any orders placed 30 minutes before closing will need to be picked up the following day during business hours. We ask all customers to please wait until you receive an email notification before picking up your order. All orders must be picked up before closing. If your order is not picked up before closing it must be picked up the following day during business hours. After you receive your email notification you can contact our team via text 218-453-8997 to let us know you're on your way and when you arrive. ***Your order number will be needed at pick up for confirmation.
Delaware Local Delivery: (Please read below for delivery and cut off time)
We offer same day delivery for our local customers within a 10 mile radius, delivery is now only available on Saturdays. Orders must be placed before 4pm on Saturdays in order for guaranteed same day delivery. All orders are guaranteed to be delivered by the delivery time selected at checkout. Any orders placed after cut off times will automatically be delivered the following Saturday or can be picked up the next business day during business hours .
Shipping: All orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days. US Standard shipping is estimated 3-5 business days and US Express shipping 2-3 Business days after order is shipped out. We cannot guarantee USPS package delivery transit times at this moment. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences or any transfer from USPS. We apologize in advance for any inconveniences.
Tracking Information: Customers will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking info is not available right at that moment of purchase and takes 1-2 business days or sooner for the customer to receive it. Please note shipping fulfillment can be delayed on holidays and possibly on sale days.
Lost/Stolen Packages: Desfinition is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to your address and you have not received it you must contact the United States Postal Service directly.
