Pick up, Delivery and Shipping
Pick up: We do not have a storefront however, we do offer local pick up options to our Delaware based customers. We post our pick up days/hours weekly on our social media platforms @desfinition but customers are free to contact us before placing any orders to see what days pickup is available. Orders placed 30 minutes before closing will need to be picked up on the following business day during pick up hours. We ask all customers to please wait until you receive an email notification with the pick up address before picking up your order. After you receive the email you can contact our team via text 218-453-8997 to let us know you're on your way and when you arrive. ***Your order number will be needed at pick up for confirmation. All orders must be picked up within 14 business days.
Pick up deadline: All pick up orders must be picked up within a 14 business day timeframe, after 7 business days we will reach out to send a reminder and offer shipping options to customer. If customer decides to have items shipped they will have to cover shipping fee and order will be shipped to them. After 14 days if order was not picked up or requested to be shipped we will restock any items back into inventory and customer will not receive an refund.
Delaware Local Delivery:We are currently not offering deliveries anymore at this moment. If there are any days where delivery will be available we will announce it on our social media platforms.
Shipping: All orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days. US Standard shipping is estimated 3-5 business days and US Express shipping 2-3 Business days after order is shipped out. We cannot guarantee USPS package delivery transit times at this moment. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences or any transfer from USPS. We apologize in advance for any inconveniences.
Tracking Information: Customers will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking info is not available right at that moment of purchase and takes 1-2 business days or sooner for the customer to receive it. Please note shipping fulfillment can be delayed on holidays and possibly on sale days.
Lost/Stolen Packages: Desfinition is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to your address and you have not received it you must contact the United States Postal Service directly.
